Consulting. All four executives have a passion for consulting,
client service and creating a work environment that stimulates and
challenges our consultants. Under their direction, I am confident
that we will further strengthen Hewitts position as a leader in
the HR consulting industry. As global chief of Consulting
Operations, Ms. Burmeister will focus on improving operational
effectiveness and enhancing the financial performance of Hewitt
Consulting to ensure the business continues to provide efficient,
timely and high-quality services to its clients worldwide. She also

In her new role, Ms. Soja will be responsible for driving the

transformation consulting. During his eight-year tenure at Hewitt,
Mr. Bell has held numerous consulting and leadership positions.
Most recently, he was the TOC leader for Hewitts Asia-Pacific
region, where he led the business through growth and was
instrumental in creating market-leading consulting offers. Mr. Bell
will be located in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Dahm will have similar
responsibilities to those of Mr. Bell in the North American region.
Prior to her appointment as North American practice leader, she led
the selling and marketing efforts for Hewitts TOC business. She
also helped build Hewitts Sales Effectiveness practice and has
recently focused on building TOCs presence in the federal sector.
Our Talent & Organization Consulting business is recognized as
a leader in helping companies prepare for the shortage of workforce
talent by linking the steady attraction, engagement and retention
of people with their ability to produce business results, said Mr.
Brandorff. In addition to their wealth of knowledge across the
businesss content areas, Mr. Bell and Ms. Dahm have a strong
