GAP Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (The) Common Stock

Bain Capital LLC might announce as soon as this week a deal to purchase a $1.6 billion, or 40%, stake in computer-services company Genpact Ltd. (G) from General Atlantic LLC and Oak Hill Capital Partners, Bloomberg News reported Monday citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

Spokesmen for Bain and Oak Hill declined to comment to Bloomberg, as did a spokeswoman for General Atlantic.
