Graña y Montero Announces Awarding of US$ 137 mm Contract

Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE:GRAM) (BVL:GRAMONC1) (“the Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and Construction company, announced that GSJV SCC, where our subsidiary GyM S.A. holds an indirect interest of 50% and Sedgman Limited (ASX: SDM) holds the remaining interest, was awarded an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Guyana Goldfields’ Aurora Gold Project in Guyana.

The scope of works includes the 1.75 Mt/a processing plant, power station and integration management, and the project is scheduled to reach commercial production by mid-2015.

The total amount of the contract is of US$ 137 million.
