Equus Thanks Stockholders for Participating in Annual Meeting

Equus Total Return, Inc. (NYSE: EQS) (“Equus” or the “Fund”) thanked stockholders for their participation in the voting process at today’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The preliminary vote tabulation is expected to be announced in several days and certification of the final results by the independent inspector of election is expected to be completed shortly thereafter.
