Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting Call

(EDENOR) (the “Company”) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in order to inform that the Company’s Board of Directors in the meeting held today decided to call an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholder’s meeting on April 28^th 2016 at 11:00 hr. on first call and at 12:00 hr. on second call to run the Ordinary Meeting, to be held on its corporate address at Del Libertador Avenue 6363, ground floor of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
