restaurant and entertainment chain, has chosen MICROS's
mymicros.net and iCare, in combination with the MICROS 9700
Hospitality Management System (HMS), as the central customer
relationship management tool throughout the company's 33 locations.
Implementation started in April, with completion expected in the
fall of 2004. Each Dave & Buster's offers an impressive

virtual reality, traditional carnival-style amusements, and games

& Buster's labor management and inventory systems. Dave &
