Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at
10:00 a.m. EDT, will be available via live audio web cast, which
may be accessed at www.crystalriverreit.com.
The Crystal River Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held at the
Embassy Suites Hotel, 102 North End Avenue, New York, New York
10282. Holders of record of common stock at the close of business
on April 18, 2008 will be entitled to attend and vote.
