Duggan vice president, business development for its Mid-Atlantic region. Duggan is responsible for the strategic direction of the Mid-Atlantic sales team. Duggan brings 25 years of energy industry experience to the position, having worked in deregulated energy markets since the late 1990s for a variety of commercial and industrial marketing firms. Duggan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in languages and linguistics from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University.
