(NYSE:CEG) today announced that its subsidiary, Constellation
NewEnergy (CNE), has named Martha A. Duggan vice president,
business development for its Mid-Atlantic region. Duggan is

) Prior to being appointed to her new position, Duggan served as
vice president, regional government and regulatory affairs for CNE,
responsible for the oversight of regulatory and legislative
advocacy for the Mid-Atlantic, Metro North and New England regions
of the company. Duggan brings 25 years of energy industry
experience to the position, having worked in deregulated energy
markets since the late 1990s for a variety of commercial and
industrial marketing firms. In announcing Duggan's promotion,
Kenneth B. Chodnicki, vice president & general manager of CNE's
Mid-Atlantic region, said, "Martha brings one of the strongest

and legislative advocacy experience, Duggan also brings operational

region. Duggan worked at a local natural gas distribution company
for eight years in accounting, regulatory and operations functions,
and she began her energy career as a senior associate at an energy
consulting firm. Duggan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
languages and linguistics from Georgetown University and a Master
of Business Administration degree from The George Washington
