Constellation Energy Resources LLC Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

BALTIMORE, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy
(NYSE:CEG) today announced that Constellation Energy Resources LLC
(CER), a limited liability company formed by Constellation Energy,
today filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the
Securities and Exchange Commission related to the proposed
underwritten initial public offering of Constellation Energy
Resources common units. CER is principally engaged in the
acquisition, development and exploitation of natural gas
properties, as well as associated midstream assets. CER's existing
properties are located in the Robinson's Bend Field in the Black
Warrior Basin of Alabama. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Lehman
Brothers Inc. will act as joint book-running managers and
representatives of the underwriters. This offering of common units
will be made only by means of a prospectus. A written prospectus
