Medical Corp. (NYSE: CMN) today reported that Roy K. Malkin, President and CEO of its Minntech
Corporation subsidiary, sustained serious injuries in a crash of
his private single-engine plane on Saturday evening.
Mr. Malkin's condition is currently classified by the hospital
as critical but stable. During Mr. Malkin's treatment and
recovery, division heads at Minntech will report to Andrew Krakauer, President and CEO of Cantel
Medical. Paul Helms, Executive Vice President of Minntech,
will serve as "site leader," assisting with oversight of Minntech's
day-to-day activities.
