Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 4, 2019, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Fi360, Inc., a leading provider of fiduciary-focused software, data and analytics for financial advisors and intermediaries across the retirement and wealth ecosystem. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
