Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") at 31st Floor, AIA

Kong on November 5, 2010 at
9:00 a.m., local time. Shareholders
of record of the Company at the close of business on September 24, 2010 are entitled to receive notice
of, and to vote at, the AGM or any adjournment or postponement
thereof. Beneficial owners of the Company's American Depositary
Shares ("ADSs") who wish to exercise their voting rights for the
underlying ordinary shares must act through the depositary of the
Company's ADS program, Citibank, N.A.
