CNET Networks (www.cnetnetworks.com) has appointed Jose Martin to senior vice president, human resources and Andy Sherman to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to CNET Networks, Jose Martin was group vice president of human resources at Electronic Arts (EA). At EA, he was a key architect in shaping the global talent management systems and culture, and oversaw the integration of numerous company acquisitions. He has also held progressive HR assignments at Adobe Systems, National Semiconductor, Flextronics, and Kraft Foods Inc. Prior to this, he was in private practice at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich.
