CNET Networks Expands Executive Management Team with Accomplished Human Resources and Legal Leadership

CNET Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNET), a leading interactive media
company, today announced two new additions to its executive
management team. CNET Networks (www.cnetnetworks.com) has appointed
Jose Martin to senior vice president, human resources and Andy
Sherman to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate
secretary. These additions support CNET Networks� long term
strategy for growth and strengthen its position in today�s evolving
media landscape. Prior to CNET Networks, Jose Martin was group vice
president of human resources at Electronic Arts (EA). At EA, he was
a key architect in shaping the global talent management systems and
culture, and oversaw the integration of numerous company
acquisitions. He has also held progressive HR assignments at Adobe
Systems, National Semiconductor, Flextronics, and Kraft Foods Inc.
Martin offers a unique approach to employee development, talent
acquisition, management succession planning and acquisition
integration and support. �Through his previous roles, Jose has
proven he is an�innovator and pioneer when it comes to employee

president of legal at Sybase. He assumed that position after
playing an integral role in Sybase's acquisition of Mobile 365,
where he served as general counsel & secretary. Sherman also
served as general counsel and secretary at Epiphany and the head of
the international legal function at PeopleSoft. Prior to this, he
was in private practice at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. His
in-house and private practice experience brings a unique
