Co-founder and chief executive officer Shelby Bonnie has resigned as chairman and CEO. The Company also announced today that Jarl Mohn has been named non-executive chairman of CNET Networks� Board of Directors. Mr. Mohn has extensive experience in the media and technology industries. He has previously served as president and chief executive officer of Liberty Digital, Inc., founding president and CEO of E!
