An offshore hedge fund, Oasis Management Company Ltd (“Oasis”),
is seeking to replace two directors, James Leslie and Neville
Rhone, Jr., in order to advance a self-serving agenda at odds with
the best interests of the majority of Stratus’ shareholders.
