Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The stock option was approved by the compensation committee of Soliton Inc.'s board of directors on January 21, 2021, subject to shareholder approval of the 2018 Stock Plan under which the option was granted. The shareholders of Soliton, Inc. approved the plan at the company's annual meeting on April 15, 2021.
(2)	The stock options set forth in this table vest in four equal annual installments and are subject to the grantee's continued service to the Company on each vesting date.
(3)	The stock options were issued in connection with the reporting person's employment with the Company.
