(1)	Shares subject to the stock options vest on the earlier of (i) June 17, 2021 or (ii) the day prior to the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders.
(2)	The stock options reported on this Form 4 were awarded to David Singer, in connection with his membership on the board of directors of the Issuer. Mr. Singer and Lee S. Ainslie III are Managing Partners of Maverick Capital Ventures, LLC ("Maverick Ventures"), the general partner of Maverick Ventures Investment Fund, L.P. and Maverick Advisors Fund, L.P. Pursuant to the policies of Maverick Ventures, Mr. Singer holds the reported stock options for the benefit of clients of Maverick Capital, Ltd. and its affiliates.
