On November 10, 2022, PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “PolarityTE Reports Third Quarter 2022 Financial Results and Provides Business Update,” reporting unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet information as of September 30, 2022, and December 31, 2021, and unaudited condensed consolidated results of operations and cash flows information for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2022 and 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit No. 99.1 to this report.
