NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oritani Financial
Corp. (NASD: ORIT) will replace optionsXpress Holdings Inc. (NASD:
OXPS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading
on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
optionsXpress Holdings is being acquired by S&P 500
constituent The Charles Schwab Corp. (NYSE: SCHW) in a deal
expected to be completed on or about that date pending final
approvals.
