Microtek Medical Holdings Added to Russell 2000 Index COLUMBUS, Miss., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Microtek Medical Holdings, Inc. The index, compiled by the Frank Russell Company, is a ranking of the smallest two-thirds of the largest 3,000 U.S. stocks, as measured by market capitalization.
