Medialink Worldwide Wins Six Awards in May 2009

NEW YORK, May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In keeping with the
company's reputation for producing and distributing award-winning
video and audio content, Medialink Worldwide Incorporated
(NASDAQ:MDLK) today announced it won six different awards for
excellence from three different industry organizations in the month
of May. Medialink and its client, Philips Electronics North
America, were awarded a Gold 2009 Bulldog Award for Excellence in
Media Relations & Publicity for Best Online Newsroom at an
awards ceremony in New York on May 18. The client's online
newsroom, the Philips Media Hub, allows broadcast and web
journalists to preview and download video and audio news content as
well as image files and documents. The Bulldog Awards are judged by
a panel of professional journalists. Medialink and public relations
agency, Golin Harris, won a Platinum Remi Award for work with the
agency's client, Smithfield Foods. In this online video, celebrity
cook Paula Deen performed a live show with the U.S. Army's 82nd
Airborne All-American Chorus to entertain more than 600 troops.
Paula also visited injured soldiers and new mothers in the medical
center at Fort Bragg. The Remi Awards were presented May 5 at the
42nd WorldFest Houston Independent International Film Festival. The
web video campaign, "Leprechauns Invade New York," garnered a
Silver Remi Award for Medialink and public relations agency Cohn
& Wolfe on behalf of the agency's client Irish Spring Body
Wash. In this holiday online video, Leprechauns ran amok in New
York City on St. Patrick's Day, danced with tourists, rode the
subway, and had their shoes shined on 42nd Street. The parade of
Leprechauns took to the streets and directed people to

subsidiary of General Motors and the leading provider of in-vehicle
safety, security and communication services, received a Bronze Remi
Award for excellence in the category of Automotive Film & Video
Production. In the award-winning web video, automobile accident
survivors recount how an OnStar operator brought a driver back from
a daze in one accident and dispatched an ambulance to save an
injured passenger in a burning automobile in another accident.
Medialink and its client, Seagate, won a Bronze Telly Award in the
category of Computers/Information Technology. In this web video,
Seagate introduces Central Axis, a new network storage and sharing
device for personal digital content such as photos, videos, and
documents. The video depicted the easy installation and built-in
security of consumers' content, all available in one central
location. Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards honor excellence in
local, regional and cable TV programming, commercials, as well as
non-broadcast video. Medialink and public relations agency
Bratskeir & Company, Inc. won a Bronze Telly Award for the
agency's client, L'Oreal. The web video campaign entitled "Soft
Sheen Discover Healthy Hair" featured Eric Bland, who works with
talents like Tyra Banks and Star Jones. In this video, Eric walks
the busy streets of Manhattan talking to real women about their
summer hair care dilemmas. Medialink received the Telly awards on
