Lightbridge Receives Notice of Allowance from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for a Fuel Assembly Design for CANDU Reactors

Lightbridge Corporation (Nasdaq: LTBR), an advanced nuclear fuel
technology company, today announced that it has received a Notice
of Allowance from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for a
key patent that covers a fuel assembly design for Canada Deuterium
Uranium (CANDU) heavy water reactors with a mixed grid arrangement
of Lightbridge metallic fuel rods.
