INX Awarded Campus Communications Contract by Las Vegas City Schools

INX Inc., (NASDAQ:INXI - News) announced today that it has been awarded a $586,000 contract by Las Vegas Central Schools to provide a network and security update to three campuses.

Las Vegas City Schools (LVCS) recently selected INX to design and implement a network refresh and network security update at three of the district’s elementary schools. The networking project will create a robust network infrastructure to meet the growing demands and needs of their student populations at each location. The project includes increased security to network resources, managed wireless infrastructures to meet mobility and future access requirements within the LVCS facilities, and an overhaul of the network components. The LVCS solution is designed using Cisco technology, including wireless access points, network infrastructure and security coupled with an IBM server platform.

The project is valued at $586,000 in revenue for INX and is expected to be completed in September 2009.
