Integral Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) encountered difficulties in completing the accounting and reporting for certain disclosures and could not complete the report in sufficient time to permit the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its quarterly period ended April 1, 2011 (the “Form 10-Q”) without unreasonable expense and effort.

The Company currently expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before May 12, 2011, and in any event on or prior to the extended deadline of May 16, 2011.
