Sweeney has been named Chief Technology Officer for the
company. Reporting to the company's chief executive officer,
Mr. Sweeney will be the principal technology strategist for the
company's integrated solutions and services offerings. In addition,
Mr. Sweeney will lead key cross organization engineering panels,
which include performance metrics/certification and industry
certification standards for engineers.

Mr. Sweeney brings to the position more than 35 years of
experience in the development and integration of a broad range of
enterprise IT applications and technologies. For the last four
years, he has led GTSI's Virtualization and Cloud Computing
Consulting Practice, working with federal, state and local agencies
on a variety of technical solutions primarily focused in the areas
of server, desktop and application virtualization, as well as
storage virtualization and consolidation. He has been a featured
commentator on virtualization and cloud computing in a variety of
national publications, and has been a guest speaker at numerous
conferences and industry trade shows. Earlier this year, Mr.
Sweeney served as a deputy commissioner on TechAmerica's Commission
on the Leadership Opportunity in U.S. Deployment of the Cloud
(CLOUD2).
