Brian Neilinger Joins Full Circle Advisors, LLC

Full Circle Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:FULL) (“Full Circle Capital”) announced today the appointment of Brian Neilinger as Managing Director of Full Circle Advisors, LLC, the investment advisor to Full Circle Capital. Mr. Neilinger’s primary responsibilities will be transaction origination, execution, underwriting and due diligence. Mr. Neilinger will also lead the firm’s real estate and real estate-related debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Neilinger, (45), has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector focused primarily on lending, structured finance and securitization. Previously, Mr. Neilinger served as a Managing Director of Aladdin Capital Management, an investment and asset management firm focused on structured debt products. In this role, he organized the firm’s commercial real estate investment strategy. Prior to Aladdin, Mr. Neilinger was a Managing Partner at Saber Real Estate Advisors, a real estate development firm focused on distressed assets. Before Saber, Mr. Neilinger was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets Corp., the investment banking arm of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where he managed the underwriting, structuring and closing of mortgage loans (construction, bridge and term loans) and CMBS securitizations.

From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Neilinger worked as an attorney at Orrick, Herington and Sutcliffe LLP in New York City. Mr. Neilinger has a B.S., Foreign Service (International Economics & Finance), from Georgetown University, and a J.D., from the University of Notre Dame Law School. In addition, Mr. Neilinger is a Member of the Bar of New York State.
