Frontier Airlines Announces Additional Memphis Flights and Frequencies, Including Non-Stop Ft. Lauderdale Service

Ft. Lauderdale Fares Starting as Low as $89* Each Way DENVER, Aug.
9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Memphis travelers are about to get a
lot more ways to enjoy Frontier Airlines' (NASDAQ:FRNT) low fares
and industry leading customer service. By year's end, Frontier will
have increased service to all three cities it currently serves from
Memphis - Denver, Las Vegas and Orlando, Fla. - and added a daily
flight to a fourth destination: Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Frontier's
Memphis service enhancements begin Sept. 6: -- Sept. 6, 2007:
Flight to and from Las Vegas increases to five days per week with a
convenient, new fall daytime schedule -- Nov. 15, 2007: Daily
service to and from Ft. Lauderdale begins, as does an additional,
third flight to and from Denver -- Dec. 15, 2007: Additional second
flight to and from Orlando begins The new flights and frequencies
will bring Frontier's total non-stop flights to and from Memphis to
seven, all of which will utilize Frontier's new Airbus aircraft
with 24 channels of DIRECTV service and four pay-per-view movie
choices in every seat. The Denver service provides Memphis
travelers with easy connections to more than 20 North American
cities across four countries, including Los Angeles, Phoenix,
Seattle, Calgary and Los Cabos. Frontier is offering special
introductory fares between Memphis and Ft. Lauderdale for as low as
$89* each way. Fares must be purchased by 9:59 p.m. MDT on Sept.
12, 2007, for travel between Nov. 15, 2007, and March 5, 2008.
"Passenger response to our Memphis service has been strong since we
first started selling tickets this February," said John Happ,
senior vice president of marketing and planning for Frontier. "It
hasn't taken long for travelers from the Mid-South to appreciate
our low fares and best-in-class customer service, and we're
thrilled to provide them with Ft. Lauderdale as another non-stop
destination." The flight schedule for the new route between Memphis
and Ft. Lauderdale is effective Nov. 15, 2007, and follows below.

*Fares shown are each way, but roundtrip purchase is required for
off-peak travel Tuesday and Wednesday. Fares slightly higher other

2007 or within 24 hours, whichever comes first for travel thru
3/5/08. Blackout dates of November 16-17, 20-21, 24-26; December
21-23, 26-30, 2007; January 1-2, 5-6, 18, and 21; and February 15,
18, 2008, apply. Fares do not include passenger facility fees of up
to $18 roundtrip, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10
roundtrip or fees of $3.40 per segment. A segment is defined as one
takeoff and one landing. Seats are limited and certain flights
and/or days of travel may be unavailable at these prices,
especially during busy travel periods. Tickets are nonrefundable
and nontransferable, but may be reissued for a $100 change fee plus
any applicable difference in fare. Previously purchased tickets may
