The First of Long Island Corporation Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend of 26 Cents Per Share

The First of Long Island Corporation (Nasdaq:FLIC) announced today
the declaration of a second quarter cash dividend in the amount of
26 cents per share. This represents a 4% increase over the dividend
of 25 cents per share declared in the same quarter last year. The
dividend will be paid on July 11, 2014 to shareholders of record on
July 1, 2014.
The First National Bank of Long Island is the sole subsidiary of
The First of Long Island Corporation. The Bank currently has
thirty-seven branches in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island
and Manhattan. The Bank expects to open it thirty-eighth branch in
Oceanside, Long Island in July, its thirty-ninth branch in
Manhasset, Long Island in the fourth quarter and its fortieth
branch in Greenlawn, Long Island in early 2015.
