Entropic was recognized for Business Operations Excellence and TenCate for Manufacturing Industry Excellence.

Microsoft Dynamics is a line of financial, customer relationship and supply chain management solutions that help business work more effectively. Established in 1997, the Customer Excellence Awards are awarded each year at the Microsoft Convergence user conference in the United States. Armanino is a Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle member, the top one percent of partners worldwide, who has nominated six finalists and four Customer Excellence Award winners over the past five years.

TenCate Advanced Composites, a multinational manufacturer that combines materials technologies with chemical processes in the development and production of functional materials with distinctive characteristics, such as aerospace composites, worked with Armanino to deploy Microsoft Dynamics AX with measurable results that include:

• 10% reduction in Accounts Receivables' days outstanding and increase in cash on hand
• Reduction of on-hand inventories of TenCate composite materials by 10%
• Internal rate of return (IRR) of 99.1% with a resulting payback period of 0.9 years

Microsoft Dynamics customers, partners and team members submit nominations. Judging teams for each of the categories rated nominations on category by specific criteria. Proposed winners for each category were then presented and reviewed by a panel of Microsoft executive judges for final approval. As part of that final review, winning customers were chosen.
