VANCOUVER, March 2, 2020 /CNW/ - At the request of Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC"), Correvio Pharma Corp. (NASDAQ: CORV) (TSX: CORV) (the "Company") wishes to confirm that it is not aware of any material, undisclosed information related to the Company that would account for the recent increase in the market price and level of trading volume of its common shares.  As announced on December 11, 2019, the Company is engaged in a process to explore strategic options to maximize stakeholder value which is ongoing.  Correvio has not set a timetable for completion of this review process and the Company does not intend to comment further unless or until the Board of Directors has approved a definitive course of action, the review process is concluded, or it is determined that other disclosure is appropriate.
