Community Bancorp Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

The board of directors of Community Bancorp Inc. (the "Company")
(NASDAQ:CMBC), parent company of Community National Bank, declared
a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 (twelve and one half cents) per
share. The second quarter dividend is payable on June 30, 2006, to
stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2006.
On April 20, 2006, the Company announced record earnings of $3.6
