Central Freight Lines Appoints New Plains Division Sales Manager; Mike Perry Signs on with 38 Years of Transportation Expertise

Tom Biggs, Plains Division Vice President at Central Freight Lines,
Inc. (Nasdaq:CENF), announced that Mike Perry has been appointed
Division Sales Manager for the Plains Division. "I am confident in
Mike's ability to build a strong sales team, promote profitable
sales growth and enhance Central's Plains Division presence,"
commented Biggs. "With sales responsibilities in the five state
area, including Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, Mike is going to
bring a new level of customer growth to this division." Perry has
38 years of transportation experience including customer service,
operations and sales responsibilities. He joins Central from USF
Dugan where he served as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to
Dugan, he was the Regional VP of Sales for American Freightways. "I
