Celebrate Express, Inc. Announces Pricing of its Initial Public Offering KIRKLAND, Wash., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celebrate Express, Inc. (NASDAQ:BDAY) today announced its initial public offering of 3,200,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $15.50 per share. Celebrate Express issued 2,057,081 primary shares of common stock, while selling shareholders of the company offered the remaining 1,142,919 shares. In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 480,000 additional shares from the company and certain selling shareholders of the company solely to cover over-allotments, if any. Celebrate Express will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders in the primary offering or from the underwriters' purchase, if any, of the over-allotment shares from the selling shareholders.
