Carlyle Group LP (CG) portfolio company Arinc Inc. has received
preliminary takeover interest from companies including General
Electric Co. (GE), Rockwell Collins Inc. (COL) and Thales SA
(HO.FR), Reuters reported Tuesday, citing several people familiar
with the matter.
Buyout firms have also shown interest, Reuters reported.
Arinc, a communications, engineering and systems integration
company, operates in sectors including aviation and security.
Bidding may reach $1.3 billion to $1.4 billion, Reuters
reported.
