Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On April 2, 2018, AMERI Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. In addition, on such date, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year-ended December 31, 2017 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release dated April 2, 2018 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on 8-K.
