Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management

Item 5.03 Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

Effective on April 23, 2019, 3Pea International, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its articles of incorporation to change its name to “Paysign, Inc.” The new corporate name was chosen to align the Company with its Paysign brand of prepaid card and virtual payment solutions. The company’s new trading symbol is “PAYS,” which became effective as of the opening of trading on April 29, 2019. The new CUSIP number for the Company’s common stock is 70451A104, which replaces the Company’s former CUSIP number, 88579C109.
