global appointments and internal promotions to drive the company's
expansive domestic and international growth, and reaffirm its

management division - Deepak Srinivasan as Vice President, Product

Marketing. Deepak joins 24/7 Real Media from Reliance Infocomm,
where he was involved in planning and engineering a multi-million
home Video-over-IP rollout. His new responsibilities include
coordinating product management, product marketing, and product
innovation for 24/7 Real Media worldwide. Green brings a wealth of
strategic consulting, target marketing and business planning
experience for media research, information services and software
companies to 24/7 Real Media, where he will lead the company's data
and direct marketing efforts in the interactive marketing space.
Additionally, the corporate office appointed Alissa Kaplan, a
former corporate associate with the international law firm of
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, as Vice President and
Associate General Counsel. In London, Rob Wilson, who led the
extraordinary UK growth of 24/7 Search in 2005, has been appointed
as Managing Director of 24/7 Real Media UK. Chris Gawor will join
Wilson as Commercial Director of the UK operation. Gawor brings
extensive experience in sales and management from his tenure at
Associated New Media, Wanadoo and NewsCorp's News International. He
will be responsible for expanding 24/7 Real Media's UK behavioral

Yoshikai began his career at Dentsu in 1989, and was most recently
responsible for running its Internet and SEM business development
and media planning divisions. His responsibilities include
overseeing all operations of the joint venture and reporting to

full-time employees who will report to Yoshikai. Other US-based
