The Columbia fund unit of Bank of America Corp. (BAC) has received three preliminary bids, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. The bidders are Blackrock Inc. (BLK), Franklin Resources Inc. (BEN) and Federated Investors Inc. (FII) The unit could fetch more than $2 billion, the report said.
