Organic Potash Corporation (CSE: OPC) (“OPC” or the “Corporation”) announced today that the Corporation will undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $100,000.00 dollars at a price of $0.021 per share to a total of 4,761,905 common shares.

It is anticipated that the offering will close on or before November 29th, 2019

All proceeds from the offering will be used to maintain the Corporation’s administrative annual expenses and other ongoing corporate matters.
