             Result of Annual General Meeting held today at 11.00am

Gaming Corporation PLC, (the "Company") a leading online casino operator and 
owner of the www.casino.co.uk gaming portal, today held its Annual General Meeting.

At the AGM all resolutions proposed were duly passed unanimously.

Paul McGroary and James Alexander Dudgeon, who were appointed as non- 
Executive Directors of Gaming Corporation PLC on 14 May 2003 as a result of 
Eyeconomy Holdings PLC a company which holds 21,500,000 ordinary shares of Gaming 
Corporation PLC becoming a major shareholder, did not stand for re-election to 
the Board and as a result are no longer Directors of Gaming Corporation PLC.

Damion Greef, Communications Director, stood down as an Executive Director to
take up a non-Executive role.
