The Board of Rathbones is pleased to announce the acquisition of the following
companies on 10 November 2003, all of which have, over a period, introduced
investment management clients to the Group.;

issued at #7.59 as consideration in connection with the acquisitions noted

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
