Island Pacific Systems, Inc. (Island Pacific), a 100% owned subsidiary of 3Q Holdings Limited (ASX:TQH), is not involved in the recent Chapter 11 filing by Retail Pro, Inc.

On December 21, 2007, 3Q Holdings acquired from Retail Pro (known at the time as Island Pacific, Inc.) its IPMS division, including the �Island Pacific� name and related trademarks, service marks, trade names and all goodwill associated with the name �Island Pacific�. Additionally, the company known as Island Pacific, Inc. changed its name to Retail Pro, Inc.

Retail Pro (formerly Island Pacific, Inc.) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Page Digital, IP Retail Technologies International and Sabica Ventures, entered into Chapter 11 proceedings on January 10, 2009.

Island Pacific and 3Q Holdings Limited wants to clarify that Island Pacific is not part of the Chapter 11 proceedings of Retail Pro. Island Pacific�s products include Island Pacific Merchandising System, Island Pacific Planning, and Island Pacific Store.
