It is very much possible. The other part of the question is what time line. Several of the board members, may be they are less aware, seem to sound too jubilant thinking it can happen by year end, which does not sound very realistic.

The only money Klug has is what he conned investors out of, and then left them with no way out. There is no way SNDD will ever trade again. It can't with all the questions of fraud. If he ever tried, the SEC would have many tough questions that Klug could not answer without incriminating himself.
