KENILWORTH, N.J., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Enterprise National Bank N.J. (OTC:ENBN) (BULLETIN BOARD: ENBN) reported the hiring of a new President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors announced that Donald J. Haake will join the Bank on January 16, 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Haake's most recent position was as Senior Vice President and Division Executive for North Fork Bank's 78 branch network in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY. Prior to joining North Fork, Mr. Haake was President and Chief Operating Officer of bcpbank n.a., headquartered in Newark, NJ. He was responsible for the organization, development and management of this newly formed multi-state institution which grew to over $248 million in assets under his leadership. Earlier in his banking career, Mr. Haake held management positions at Merrill Lynch and Citibank. He presently serves on the Board of the Independent College Fund of New Jersey, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, North Jersey Chapter and Liberty Health Foundation. Mr. Haake also maintains active volunteer participation in various community organizations. Mr. Haake lives in Monmouth County with his wife and two children. He earned a B.B.A. in Global Management from American Intercontinental University (Magna Cum Laude) and is a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia. Mr. Haake's appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Mr. David L. Gordon will return to his position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
