At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 7 September
2023 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP at Milton Gate, 60
Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG, all resolutions set out in the
Notice of Meeting were voted on a poll and passed by the requisite
majorities.
Resolutions 1 to 15 and resolution 20 were passed as ordinary
resolutions and resolutions 16 to 19 were passed as special
resolutions. The results of the poll are set out below:
