Sports & Leisure Group Plc are pleased to announce that Sports Network, in which
it holds a 22% interest, has completed its negotiation with BskyB, extending its
contract with the UK broadcaster for a further two years to 30 June 2005.


Edward Simons, Chief Executive of Sports & Leisure Group Plc, commented:
