On November 14, 2022, Winc, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended
September 30, 2022. The full text of the press release is furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated herein by reference.
