                     Investment in Proactive Games Limited

Fundamental-e Investments Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today agreed
to acquire 70 per cent of the issued share capital of Proactive Games Limited 
("Proactive Games") for a consideration of #150,000.  The consideration will be
satisfied by the issue of 4,285,714 new ordinary shares of the Company when two
performance targets have been met.  The performance targets are the achievement
by Proactive Games of a total aggregate turnover of Euros 200,000 and the entry
into full-time service agreements with Proactive Games by the vendor directors.

Proactive Games started trading in July 2003, based in Cambridge it specialises
in acquiring computer games and distributing peripherals.
