results of its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on
September 27, 2008. The Company�s shareholders approved all three
proposals set forth in its proxy statement dated September 3, 2008.
The approved proposals were: The re-election of five members to the
Company�s Board of Directors, as identified in the Company�s proxy
statement, for a term ending in 2009, or until their successors are
elected and qualified; The ratification of Dominic K.F. Chan &
Co. as the Company�s independent registered public accounting firm
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008; and, The approval of
