| Applied Energetics, Inc., based in Tucson, AZ, specializes in the development and manufacture of advanced high-performance lasers and optical systems, high voltage electronics and integrated guided energy systems for prospective defense, national security, industrial, biomedical, and scientific customers worldwide. It is recognized as a global leader in developing the next generation optical sources exhibiting ever-increasing output energy, peak power and frequency agility while also providing decreased size, weight, and cost of these systems for customers. Its proprietary Ultrashort Pulse (USP) laser technology provides a significantly more compact solution than current continuous wave laser platforms while still delivering high peak power.
